Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Lead, manage and develop a large-scale multilingual translation and localization team, fostering team capability, performance and professional growth.
- Own end-to-end localization operations, including workload planning, task allocation, delivery governance and cross-team alignment with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Compliance.
- Establish and oversee language quality assurance (LQA) systems, standards and governance across web, app and global content platforms.
- Manage terminology, translation memory and style guide systems to ensure linguistic consistency, efficiency and brand alignment.
- Drive workflow optimization, automation and tooling improvement to enhance delivery efficiency and scalability.
