Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Munsoft System Administration
- Creating and configuring segments, projects within the Munsoft system
- Managing and maintaining Quick Codes configuration and alignment with mSCOA segments
- Supporting Munsoft system users and troubleshooting configuration issues
Municipal Financial Reporting • Performing monthly financial reconciliations including: o Bank reconciliations o Debtors and creditors reconciliations o Control account reconciliations • Preparing and validating budget reports and in-year reporting schedules MSCOA Compliance
- Ensuring correct mSCOA segment configuration and mapping
- Supporting budget alignment and reporting compliance
- Assisting with data integrity checks and system validations
Financial System Support
- Investigating system data anomalies
- Supporting financial reporting processes within Munsoft
