Job Description

Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Munsoft System Administration

  • Creating and configuring segments, projects within the Munsoft system
  • Managing and maintaining Quick Codes configuration and alignment with mSCOA segments
  • Supporting Munsoft system users and troubleshooting configuration issues
Municipal Financial Reporting • Performing monthly financial reconciliations including: o Bank reconciliations o Debtors and creditors reconciliations o Control account reconciliations • Preparing and validating budget reports and in-year reporting schedules MSCOA Compliance
  • Ensuring correct mSCOA segment configuration and mapping
  • Supporting budget alignment and reporting compliance
  • Assisting with data integrity checks and system validations
Financial System Support
  • Investigating system data anomalies
  • Supporting financial reporting processes within Munsoft
