Hello! We are a family of 4 in Halifax, NS seeking an experienced, dedicated and caring nanny. We need a live-out, part-time nanny (approx 20 hours/week) to help care for our 4-year-old preschooler and newborn as well as provide basic household tasks. Mom and Dad are both busy professionals; Dad travels frequently for his work. Mom is on maternity leave right now. Pay rates between $20-25 based upon experience. If you have experience with newborn care, toddlers, and enjoy engaging with children in a nurturing environment, we would love to hear from you.
The role includes housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying - especially the preschooler's toys!) and occasional meal preparation for the children (my husband loves to cook). We are looking for someone who can create a safe and fun atmosphere while managing daily routines and providing attentive care. Your help will be invaluable in maintaining our household smoothly and ensuring our children are well cared for.
