Candidate must have experience in Seed (field crop - wheat, maize , paddy) sales and marketing

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive monthly, yearly, and long-term sales plans for the category.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective implementation of sales
strategies at the ground level.

Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions.
2. Vendor Partnerships and Sourcing:

Forge strategic partnerships with companies in India.
Negotiate product allocations and pricing terms.
Ensure timely product sourcing to meet demand.
Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams for timely deliveries.
