National Sales Manager
Location: Bristol to East Anglia
Salary: Up to £60,000 + 25% Bonus + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales leader to join a market-leading manufacturer in the home improvement and water treatment sector. This newly created role offers genuine autonomy to shape and develop a growing direct sales function, managing an initial team of three field-based Sales Consultants, expanding to six over time.
You will lead from the front, coaching and mentoring your team in the field while implementing best-practice sales processes, KPIs, performance metrics and development plans.
