Join a mission-driven team supporting **PMS 339** and help prepare Navy Sailors to safely and effectively operate surface ship systems. As a **Navy Training Instructor, DSAGT** , you will deliver **hands-on, operationally relevant training** for Navy surface training systems—drawing on real-world fleet experience to develop curriculum, instruct Sailors, and evaluate training effectiveness across multiple platforms and locations. Your work directly supports **fleet readiness, safe operations, and mission success** .
