* Daytime clinical coverage
* Weekend rotation required
* Home call nights supported by 24/7 in-house NNPs
Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive care in a 32-bed Level III NICU
* Manage care for infants from busy newborn nursery service ( 4,000 annual deliveries)
* Perform and maintain hands-on neonatal procedures
* Work alongside 2 Neonatologists + 2 NNPs during daytime hours
* Collaborate in a team-oriented, collegial environment
* Participate in mentorship and professional development
* Deliver high-quality, compassionate neonatal care
