- Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive neonatal care, attend high-risk deliveries, manage critically ill newborns, collaborate with NNPs and MFM team, follow evidence-based clinical guidelines, participate in transports and NICU coverage
- Required Procedures: Conventional ventilation, HFOV, neonatal resuscitation, high-risk newborn management
