Responsibilities
Formulate and manage the company’s overall network convergence strategy
Liaise with other service platforms as well as company’s International and Domestic teams in product development related to Layer2/3 technology (e.g. using Company IP network as the transport medium)
Manage the overall IP Transit budget
Responsible for Company IP network’s peering policy and strategy
Develop and track the AOP (IP Transit Opex); Cost-Book exercise; Monthly OPEX reporting
Management and development of commercial relationships with other IP Network operators globally for the purposes of IP peering and/or transit.
