Job Description
Network and Security Equipment Management - Support and manage routers, switches, firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Intrusion Prevention System, VPN gateways, proxies, Wire Lan Controllers, Network Access Control appliances, load balancers, Network Management System, other network and firewall devices.
- Perform day-to-day network and security operations, including monitoring and managing network infrastructure.
Incident and Problem Management - Respond to network incidents according to severity levels and meet service level requirements.
- Handle high‑pressure situations, identify problems, and make quick decisions to resolve issues.
- Adhere to incident management workflows and procedures.
Documentation and Reporting - Maintain and update network diagrams, configuration records, inventory, RMA records, and incident reports.
