Responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, and conduct customer acceptance testing of IP service routers and switches within government network environments
• Integrate IP service routers into existing production networks and standalone clusters
• Provide on-site support for new VPN and mobile node integrations
• Perform hardware user acceptance testing (UAT) and factory acceptance testing (FAT) activities for network refresh and new site rollouts
• Deliver technical contributions across multiple concurrent government projects
• Conduct on-site network assessment reports, consolidate test results, and produce structured documentation
• Prepare and execute Method of Procedure (MOP) scripts and configuration scripts; validate scripts in lab environments prior to deployment
• Drive site acceptance tests end-to-end with minimal supervision, maintaining good working relationships with government customers
