Job Description
Responsibilities - Monitor and manage network infrastructure and UPS systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Perform real-time network monitoring and respond promptly to alerts and incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 network issues within established SLA timelines.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams or vendors when required.
- Track, document, and maintain incident records through the ticketing system.
