Responsibilities:


+ Provide advice and training to end-users and less-experienced network personnel

+ Identify, analyze, and resolve network incidents and problems

+ Provide network/equipment/specialized training and technical guidance

+ Determine network specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility

+ Maintain knowledge of hardware, software, and equipment associated with USBICES

+ Participate in special projects as assigned

+ Analyze, administer, and maintain voice, video, and/or data communications networks

+ Manage the usage and performance of voice, video, and/or data communications networks

+ Maintain network to meet Enterprise Service Availability and Service Level Agreement requirements
