Job Description
Receive enquires via emails and phones from the panels
Key in details into the system
Answer and close enquires if possible
Route enquires to the appropriate personnel if required
Follow up calls / emails to the panel if necessary
Engage and recruit medical facilities to the network
Correspond with medical facilities with regards to network management
Provide admin support to the team
To identify and set up panel of Panel network of General Practitioners (GP), specialist and hospital for cashless access.
Monitoring and review of customer service quality of the network providers.
Work closely with the respective department to expedite the processing of GL issuance/payments.
Attend to query or complains from customer or network providers
Correspond with medical facilities with regards to network management
Requirements:
Proficient in Excel and Words
Good communication skill
Excellent negotiation technique
