Job Title: Network Optimization Engineer (Outsourcing Consultant)

Job Responsibilities: Analyze 4 G/5 G network performance , identify bottlenecks, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance overall network quality. Monitor KPI trends , diagnose performance degradation, and implement effective optimization strategies. Conduct radio network troubleshooting , parameter tuning , and performance improvement to ensure optimal network operations. Develop and execute network optimization strategies aligned with business objectives and service quality requirements. Perform drive test log analysis and provide targeted optimization solutions.

Job Requirements: 5+ years of experience in 4 G/5 G network optimization , with a solid understanding of RAN principles and KPIs . Strong expertise in LTE and 5 G air interfaces , mobility management , capacity planning , and interference mitigation .
