Job Description
Make an Impact by: - Design, plan and setup/expand new/existing Singtel International Leased Circuit (ILC) infrastructure and ensuring that design conforms to offered Service Level Agreement, facilitate ease of operation and maintenance and adhere to the security best practices/standards.
- Design, plan, implement, manage the life cycle and replacement of end-to-end and bilateral DWDM and ASON/OTN ILC infrastructure, Network Management Systems and Data Communication Network.
- Manage infrastructure capacity to ensure that the performance meets the Service Level Agreements offered to customers.
- Manage contractors and internal stakeholders to perform roles such as site survey, installations, testing and commissioning, service activations and ensure milestones are tracked and delivered within a requested date of readiness.
