This job is with Encode, Inc a fully owned subsidiary of Lancesoft• Act as engineering support to network security operations for the testing and configuration of new information security products and services.
• Make configuration changes, code upgrades and troubleshoot issues related to firewalls, load balancers, routers, and switches.
• Explain complex issues, data flows, and packet analysis to the customer in a way they can understand.
• Perform packet captures and analysis of packet captures to identify anomalous behavior and performance issues.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field minimum six (6) years of prior relevant experience. Otherwise, Graduate Degree and a minimum of four (4) years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of ten (10) years prior related experience.
