• Must be an engineering graduate (diploma or degree).
• Must be at least CCNA certified.
• Experience with Palo Alto and Cisco firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Global Protect and Site-to-Site VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with ISE, routing and switching technologies.
• Strong hands‑on experience in troubleshooting network routing‑related issues.
• Must have hands‑on experience on Cisco and Juniper L2/L3 switches.
