Responsibilities
- Be involved in the ongoing lifecycle activities for services the NetSecOps team deliver, including Network Security, Endpoint Security and Identity Security.
- Provide second‑level network support to users across sites nationwide.
- Provide eyes‑on‑glass for initial incident triage and escalation of network faults.
- Attend sites nationwide and assist with the physical installation of network equipment.
- Work on the technical delivery of both internal and external projects.
