As a
Network Service Delivery Lead
, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub long term outcomes,
overseeing the seamless operation, alignment, and evolution of Pharma Network processes and teams
. This role supervises Network teams in selected regions and with other partners to ensure a seamless service experience. You will be also responsible for service delivery while monitoring Roche’s content KPIs at Network level.
