The Neurology Medical Head drives clarity and accountability of the entire Japan medical functions and cross-functional team members, to achieve the business objectives through the development and execution of medical strategies.

Reporting to the Japan Head of Specialty Care Medical, and involved in development of the strategic medical plan, the Neurology Medical Head ensures the execution of key deliverable, conducts timely analyses, and provides updates, utilizing clear and consistent communication.

The role leads the teams to improve operations effectiveness and to execute key projects, while serving as the medical point of contact for alliances.
