Setting: Outpatient Neurology Clinic
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Patient Mix: 95% adult, 5% pediatric
Patient Volume: office/clinic patients per day
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Trauma Level: 2
