Summary This position is located in the Mental Health Careline. The neuropsychologist functions as consultant and liaison to medical center teams, providing a full range of diagnostic and neuropsychological assessment services, education to patients and family members, clinical treatment in accord with credentials and privileges, and consultation to allied clinicians and administrators. Responsibilities Major Duties and Responsibilities: Clinical Responsibilities: Provides a full range of neuropsychological assessment services and diagnostic consultation for patients with known neurologic disorders or unexplained mental status changes. Provides education to patients, family members, and significant others. Provides consultation to allied health professionals concerning clinical assessment findings, treatment planning, as well as clinical and systemic issues relevant to the neuropsychologist's expertise.
