• Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) – Full – Mandatory
• Full Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) – Mandatory
• Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) – Mandatory
