Overview


Location: New Britain Men’s Shelter (New Britain, CT)


Scope of Position: Provide daily supervision, reporting, and support services to guests in a low-barrier residential facility that promotes a Housing First philosophy. Facilitate an emotionally and physically supportive environment for guests. Ensure the security and safety of the facility. Maintain documentation and records of guest activity.
