When you join the team with Davisons Law as a New Build Property Solicitor , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing your own case load of new build property matters, from inception through to conclusion, including sales, purchases, shared ownership, right to buy, and lease extensions ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
You will have a relevant qualification and experience in managing your own caseload .
