Job Description
The Job: - Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering personnel
- Develop departmental goals, KPIs, and performance improvement plans
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitor engineering costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction
- Process & Manufacturing Engineering
- Oversee the development, optimization and validation of manufacturing processes
- Improve product efficiency, yield, quality and equipment utilization
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and process improvement initiatives
- Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for manufacturing issues
