Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management.
  • Handle and prepare reports, memos, and other official documents.
  • Plan and organize company activities, team-building events, and meetings.
  • Manage office daily operations and maintenance to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support basic financial tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of office administration experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
