Junior NPD Role
On behalf of our client, a leading company in the food industry, we are currently recruiting a passionate and motivated candidate to join their New Product Development (NPD) team.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in supporting the development and launch of new products for both own-brand and branded customers. Reporting to the NPD Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of process development, factory trials, and product functionality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a continuous improvement agenda focused on quality, sustainability, and efficiency.
