Daily supervision and coordination of factory operations, while ensuring strict adherence to factory systems, production processes, quality standards and operational procedures
Minimum requirements:
- Requires a strong background in manufacturing systems, process control, continuous improvement, production planning and operational discipline
- Grade 12 and at least 5 years experience in high-volume manufacturing with attributes such as equipment set-up, operation knowledge, changeover processes and use of measuring equipment
- Knowledge of machine faults and proposed preventative maintenance procedures is an advantage
