Detailed Description:
Assist the Pumping Specialist, Sr. in developing operating procedures and ensuring job safety.Aid in the execution of pumping operations.Interact with customers and third-party personnel as directed.Coordinate rig-up and rig-down activities under guidance from the Pumping Specialist, Sr.Comply with company SOPs and make necessary adjustments as job scope changes.Provide input for employee performance feedback and recommendations to management.Help prepare job reports for customers and management.Communicate with maintenance personnel regarding equipment status to minimize downtime.Assist in supervising crew members.Handle field ticketing and bonus sheets.Transport heavy equipment to and from j...
