- Identify risks, key deliverables, and bid requirements.
2. Quantity Take-Offs and Estimation- Perform accurate quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications.
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Use estimation software and historical cost data.
3. Bid Preparation- Coordinate with internal departments (design, procurement, planning) for bid inputs.
- Prepare and compile all necessary bid documents, technical proposals, and financial offers.
- Ensure bids are compliant with client requirements and submission deadlines.
