• Purchasing raw material, equipments, and services as requirements
• Manage and source for potential local vendors, build up vendor relationship
• Ensured budgets were being used wisely and strategies were focused well
• Understand SOW requirements and drive procurement timelines meeting the applicable deadlines
• Negotiate commercial and legal terms with suppliers
• Working with forwarders to import/export cargos
• Working close with internal departments to ensure project run smoothly and effectively.
