Qualifications

• Male/Female, not more than 35 years old
• With at least 3 years of experience in a guest service role and strong knowledge of surrounding areas
• Night audit experience and accounting background is an asset
• Excellent communication, guest service, time‑management and computer skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance the service standards throughout the operation
• Detail‑oriented, a team player and self‑starter
• Able to work independently and effectively in an innovative, fast‑paced and multi‑tasked environment
• Able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload
