ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Attend various meetings as needed related to assigned construction projects


• Submit detailed documentation of daily construction activities


• Assist with coordination of required project acceptance testing


• Perform materials inspection and acceptance prior to installation


• Identify potential problems and notify the contractor and project engineer of any potential problems


• Keep project engineer and supervisor abreast of progress throughout duration of assigned projects


• Responsible for job specific quality system tasks as defined in quality manual


• Compose, submit and log weekly status reports, weekly percentage completion reports, and daily reports to include: project conditions (i.e. trade manpower and work description), architectural and engineering communication and direction, general conditions, temperatures, weather conditions, general conditions an...
