Responsibilities
- Ensure security and guest relations during the night shift.
- Serve as the primary contact for guests, transforming complaints into WOW experiences.
- Prepare the daily financial report and manage day‑to‑day accounting, including invoice validation, payment processing, and closing operations.
- Communicate shift progress and key events to management daily.
- Assist other departments as needed to support overall hotel operations.
- Facilitate smooth and welcoming check‑ins and check‑outs for guests.
- Greet guests at the reception or on the phone, inform them about hotel services, and encourage usage of those services.
