Staffordshire County Council is looking for motivated individuals to support adults with learning disabilities at Horninglow Bungalows, a Supported Living facility in Burton on Trent.

Main Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Maintain dignity and provide intimate/personal care.
• Follow dietary care plans and support individuals with eating and drinking.
• Assist with manual handling of people.
• Support with positive behavioural support and safety intervention.
• Encourage tenants to be actively involved in their care.
• Administer medication.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can cover waking night shifts at Horninglow Bungalows Supported Living, working under the guidance of a Senior Night Support Facilitator and attending to the needs of tenants who are all adults with learning disabilities.
