We are now seeking to recruit a Residential Team Leader to join our team, to provide 1st Line Management support and care in a CQC registered Learning Disability Transitions Home catering for young people and young adults aged between 16 and 25 years of age. The home is situated in a leafy suburb of Sheffield approximately a mile from the city centre. It will be your task to deliver under guidance from the Registered and or Deputy Manager, the coordination and delivery of the night time care provision, providing support to our young people with empathy and understanding and to demonstrate and model to your team, the ethos and working culture of Progressive Care, that will provide outstanding outcomes for all the young people in your care.
