7 Months Contract Social Service Executive (Degree in Psychology/ Social Service) #HJCT Job Summary: Support the Inpatient Clinical Operations Team to facilitate seamless transition of patients and assist with bed allocation and bed management.
Responsibilities - Perform social and financial assessment of Inpatient referrals including financial counselling to patients and their families.
- Provide the necessary recommendations in the assessments.
- Assist with bed allocation and bed management, when necessary.
- Participate in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to streamline department operations and enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
