Technical Skills & Responsibilities5-10 years of experience.Monitors and supports servers, operating systems, virtualization, storage, and backup.Provides L1 and L2 troubleshooting and performs standard recovery steps from runbooks.Works with ICP infrastructure teams and vendors for deeper L3 issues.
