Exposure towards Monitoring Third Party Network tools like Zabbix

Must have good hand-on on Service Now ticketing tool

Cloud services based monitoring for Client environment

ITIL Certification (Mandatory) along with other Technical Certifications (If Any)

Communication tools like MS Teams(chat support, P/P call support)

P/P Issue handling skill(Incident Management)

L Call support(Client call handling)
