Requirement

1. Minimum qualification: SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Agriculture, Plantation Management, Biotechnology, Plant Science, Agronomy, or related fields.
2. Fresh graduates with strong interest in oil palm breeding and research are encouraged to apply.
3. Candidates with strong field and operational experience may be considered even without formal qualifications.
4. Experience in plantation operations, oil palm breeding, nursery management, bunch analysis, or agricultural research is an advantage.
5. Familiarity with field data collection, research trial maintenance, and SOP compliance is preferred.
6. Knowledge in oil palm breeding, progeny testing, genetic improvement, bunch analysis, and field sampling methods.
7. Able to record, organize, and maintain accurate research data with basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
