The post holder will work with children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions, providing independent prescribing, medication management and ongoing reviews in line with shared care protocols. They will deliver evidence‑based nursing and psychological interventions in accordance with national guidelines and neurodevelopmental pathways. As part of the MDT, they will contribute to assessment, diagnostic formulation and intervention planning, working autonomously with advanced clinical expertise. They will model outcome‑focused practice, support the use of outcome measures and offer supervision and peer support.
