To deliver on this responsibility, we must not only attract members to our clubs; we must ensure they build sustainable training habits.
In this role you will hold the overall Nordic responsibility for the **Personal Training (PT) & Treatments** (physiotherapy) business, while also owning the strategic development of SATS’ **Training Journey**. The Training Journey in SATS refers to how members are onboarded, guided and supported in their training through programs, coaching, PT and training standards to ensure long term habit formation, progression and motivation.
This position is part of the **Product management team** and reports directly to the **Chief Product Officer.**
