Job Responsibilities - Provide professional fragrance consultations and personalised product recommendations to customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong customer relationships and brand loyalty
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Educate customers on fragrance notes, product usage, and brand storytelling
- Maintain high standards of grooming, visual merchandising, and brand presentation
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and tester maintenance
- Support promotional campaigns, launches, and in-store events
- Ensure the counter area remains clean, organised, and aligned with luxury retail standards
