Alienkind is looking for a passionate and innovative NPD Specialist to lead the Research & Development department. The ideal candidate will drive product innovation, create and refine recipes, and ensure operational excellence through strong SOP development and streamlined product execution..

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the R& D; department and oversee all new product development activities.

• Conduct continuous recipe trials and product testing to improve quality and innovation.

• Develop seasonal menus and introduce innovative product concepts aligned with brand vision.

• Refine and optimize existing recipes for consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure all products have detailed and accurate SOP recipes.

• Coordinate product development timelines and meet new product expectations effectively.

• Design packaging concepts and contribute to product presentation and branding.
