NPI Engineer (Assembly Specialist & Trainer)

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Process Integration, Process Engineering, and Equipment Development & Automation teams to assemble and build prototypes and samples in accordance with the build plan.
• Provide feedback on process and equipment improvements following the sample builds.
• Work with the Documentation Specialist team to create Work Instructions (WI).
• Train operators on assembly procedures using the established WI.
• Ensure operators accurately follow work instructions and monitor their performance, providing additional training as needed.
• Maintain training records and operator competencies, regularly updating them to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to assembly and training processes.
