Job Description
Summary of the Job - Study, develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing process for new products.
- To foster profitable long-term relationships with customer through improving Quality, Productivity, and Cost Efficient Manufacturing process.
- To provide solutions for clients to roll out RFQ successfully.
Job Description 1. New RFQ - Collaborate with customer and internal functional groups to understand technical requirements after receiving RFQ package.
- Engage with inhouse Production Planning and Buyers, Materials department (Commodity Management, Manufacturing Centre, Warehouse), Quality Teams, Engineering Design Teams (when required) and Suppliers (if needed) to ensure Customer requirements is understood.
- RFQ BOM and drawing preparation for new products.
- Analyze cost in RFQ for sales quotation.
