We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Newly Qualified Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our established and high-performing litigation team. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of civil disputes, providing high-quality legal advice while developing their expertise under the guidance of senior solicitors.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management
- Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters under supervision, including:
- Property-related disputes
- Debt recovery
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, applications, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and prepare advice notes for clients and senior colleagues.
- Assist in preparing bundles for hearings, trials, and mediations.
Client Interaction
- Handle client enquiries professionally and promptly.
