Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Nuclear Medicine Technologist II, you will perform all aspects of nuclear medicine imaging, playing a critical role in diagnostic and therapeutic patient care. You will leverage your expertise to execute complex nuclear medicine procedures, ensure meticulous quality control, and maintain/calibrate instruments to deliver precise and reliable results.
Every day you will perform a full range of nuclear medicine exams based on physician orders, clinical indications, and patient anatomy, including specialized cardiac studies. You will prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, accurately document patient doses, and ensure all radiation safety practices are rigorously followed (e.g., proper use of shielding, monitoring and documentation).
